BULK TRANSFER PUMPS:

These unique lube oil transfer carts use high capacity, 2:1 ratio, double diaphragm pumps to facilitate bulk transfer of viscous lubricants such as locomotive engine oils, gear oils and similar heavy viscosity lubricants. The carts are supplied with 10' suction and 20' discharge hoses complete with cam and groove fittings and discharge shutoff nozzle. The heavy duty two wheel cart has a convenient "drip" catch tank which also serves as a receptacle for the discharge nozzle. The cart is constructed from 1" steel tubing for strength and powder coated for durability and features large 10" pneumatic tires for ease of portability. An included air filter/regulator provides control of fluid pumping rate.

This unique, 115 VAC heavy duty cart is designed to transfer a variety of oils and hydraulic fluids to 4,900 cps, which includes 80-90W gear oil down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

The 3-speed gear box allows you to transfer lighter viscosities at up to 40GPM in third gear, 20GPM in second gear for medium viscosities, and 10GPM for heavy viscosities. The Power Master provides additional flow rate control within each selected gear as well as automatically adjusting pump speed to prevent circuit breaker tripping.

The onboard Weights and Measures approved meter includes an air eliminator. Ticket printer, preset capability are available as an additional option.

The cart is suppled with a 12 gauge x 20' power cord, manual high flow nozzle, 2"x10' suction hose and 1.5" x 15' discharge hose. Hoses and cart are fitted with camlock fittings for easy connection/disconnection.

The cart frame is constructed from 1/4" plate steel for strength and rigidity and powder coated for durability. Large 10" pneumatic caster and wheels provide maneuverability and reliability.
